I’m Frenchie. I’ve spent over 20 years in global banking and technology, including J.P. Morgan and Apple, alongside EDs, MDs and senior leaders across the C-suite where expectations are high, decisions carry weight and there’s little room for hesitation.

That background shapes how I work. I know what it feels like to be the person in the room who needs to project certainty while holding more complexity than anyone else can see. I know what good leadership looks like under real pressure. And I know the difference between performing well and performing sustainably.

I moved into coaching because it’s the work I find most valuable, helping senior leaders think more clearly, decide with more confidence, and perform at a level that genuinely holds up over time.

I’m accredited by the Association for Coaching, so the process rests on established standards as well as that real-world experience.

Outside my client work, I train and mentor coaches through #RideTheWave as they work towards professional certification and accreditation. I sit on the board for Pride in Place, the government-backed regeneration programme funding neighbourhood renewal across the UK. I’m also a charity trustee of Hastings Traditional Jack in the Green, I’m on the advisory committee of the Winkle Club, and I sing with the shanty crew most weeks. Each autumn I turn out in the historic Sussex Bonfire torchlit processions, and over the years I’ve carried giants at folklore festivals and carnivals.

None of this is a footnote. Everything I do comes back to the same thing: helping people think clearly, act deliberately, and show up fully.
