About Me
I’m Frenchie. I’ve spent 25 years in senior roles across tech and banking, including J.P. Morgan and Apple. I’ve worked in environments where expectations are high, decisions carry weight and there’s little room to get it wrong.
That experience shapes how I coach. I understand the pressure, the pace, and what it actually feels like when things look fine on the surface but aren’t quite working underneath. I create the space to step back, think clearly, and deal with what’s really going on. The work is focused, practical and built around the decisions and situations you’re facing.
Alongside my client work, I work with #RideTheWave supporting coaches working towards professional accreditation, and I’m proud to serve as a trustee and board advisor for local charities focused on community and fundraising.
Everything I do comes back to the same thing: helping people think clearly, act deliberately, and perform in a way that actually holds up.
Where I help:
- Feeling the weight of a bigger role
- Second-guessing decisions or losing your edge
- Handling senior conversations where more is at stake
- Navigating pressure that doesn’t switch off
- Wanting to perform at a high level without it taking as much out of you
- Getting clear on what’s next, when the path isn’t obvious

In a corporate context:
- Leadership presence and stakeholder conversations
- Leading through change and uncertainty
- Team dynamics and difficult relationships
- Aligning career direction with what actually matters to you
- Sustaining performance under pressure

Something’s working Something isn’t
You can keep pushing through or you can deal with what’s actually going on.
If you’re ready for the latter, let’s talk.
