I work with senior leaders who are delivering, but know something isn’t right underneath. From the outside, things look good: you’re trusted, you're progressing. But it doesn’t feel how it should.

The pressure is constant. Decisions feel heavier. You find yourself second-guessing or making calls you’re not fully behind just to keep things moving. You’re still performing. But it’s taking more out of you than it should. That gap is where I work.

I’ve experienced senior roles across global technology and banking, in environments where expectations are high and decisions carry real consequences. This work is grounded in that experience, not theory.
